I graduated in 1999 with honours, from the University of Karachi, Pakistan and entered the fascinating world of dentistry. My initial post graduate training was focussed on General Dentistry and Orthodontics but I have always had a special interest in Oral Surgery and related procedures. Having had the opportunity, I then decided to train further in the speciality. Since 2004 and to date, I have been associated with the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in various hospitals in North London and work in the capacity of senior speciality doctor. I have successfully completed post graduate qualifications and am actively involved with junior doctor training.

In order to give our patients the best, I regularly attend hands on courses locally and overseas. This allows me to keep in touch with the latest advances and changing trends in Dentistry and Oral Surgery and is great for international networking. I have been placing dental implants since 2013 and together with our amazing team at Brightside Dental, we have given the smile back to so many hundreds of patients.

Since the last few years, I have moved on to oral rehabilitation and reconstructive oral surgery procedures with focus on more complex full arch dental implant restorations and digital implant related treatment. We provide various hard and soft tissue augmentation procedures to provide the best outcome. Sedation in available in the practice, and this gives anxious patients a calm and gentle experience and they are able to have a smooth journey. My job is very satisfying as it improves peoples quality of life.

I believe in healthy living and I am involved in various sports and fitness activities. I am a keen cricketer and I have won numerous awards for bowling and the best batsman award in Kent Cricket League in 2023. I never miss an opportunity to watch a game live. Winter sports activities include badminton and gym sessions.
